The Tamarind is undergoing an extension and redevelopment.
We will open again early in 2010. Look forward to seeing you then.

If you are seeking a short break destination , conference or wedding enquiry, you may enjoy viewing
Hidden Vale, Spicers Peak Lodge and (our latest sister property opening in July 2009) Clovelly Estate,
all located in the South East of Queensland and sister properties to the Tamarind.

For those indulging in our weekend package, dinner is served on Saturday evening in our intimate dining room / outdoor pavilion (Friday evening on cooking class weekends)

A sensational Thai banquet is prepared by highly regarded owner / chef Paul Blain (click here for sample menu).
