2007 Program Times for Classes 11.00 am - 3.30 pm Participants are asked to arrive 10 mins prior to start.

Please click here for class dates and availability.		Saturday or Sunday classes are offered as either a single day class or can be taken as part of the very popular weekend package.



		Cost One Day Class: $105.00 per person (including lunch and wine) Weekend Package: $500.00 per person Non-cooking partner ($430.00) Package inlcudes 2 nights accommodation with breakfast, 1 dinner, the cooking class with lunch and wine and a cheese and antipasto plate for the evening. The non-cooking partner can join the group for lunch. These tariffs are based on a double / twinshare arrangement. Single tariff is $790.00.

Booking Conditions: * Payment must be made on booking. * Payment in full is confirmation of booking. * Fees refundable up to 14 days prior to the date of class ($20 admin fee). * Credits (transferable class) apply up to 7 days prior to class, after that no refunds or credits given. * The Tamarind reserves the right to postpone or cancel classes. * Classes do not cater exclusively for vegetarians. * Covered shoes are required to be worn during the class.
